B．★制造商要求:所投产品为境内产品：投标 人必须为水下多相流量计的制造商，不接受代理商投标。所投产品为 境外产品：投标人必须为水下多相流量计制造商，不接受代理商投 标。 B．★ Manufacturer requirement: Goods Offered from within the PRC Customs Territory：Bidders shall be manufacturers of Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter . Agents shall not be allowed to bid. Goods Offered from outside the PRC Customs Territory: Bidders shall be subsea manufacturers of Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter. Agents shall not be allowed to bid. （2）★业绩要求Requirement for Bidder"s reference: 投标人需满足以下所有要求： The Bidder needs to meet all below requirements： 2015年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间 为准），投标人应具有至少有一（1）个合同的水下多相流量计或水下 湿气流量计的供货业绩，且满足水下多相流量计或水下湿气流量计应 用于水下气田开发项目，应用水深大于等于650m。投标人应按规定格 式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括：1）销 售合同和2）用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料(到货验收单或调试验收 报告或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明文件）。 投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时 间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双 方签字或盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称、水下多相流量计或水下湿 气流量计应用于水下气田开发项目，应用水深大于等于650m，用户签 字或盖章的到货验收材料。若业绩合同为年度协议，除提供年度协议 外，还应提供相应的已到货订单，订单内容或编号应与年度协议相关 联。同一年度协议下提供1个或以上的订单及与订单对应的到货验收材 料均算为一个有效业绩。未提交业绩证明文件或所提供的业绩证明文 件无法验证前述信息，均视为无效业绩。 From Jan. 1st, 2015 to the deadline of bids submission stipulated (Based on the date of contract signing), at least one Subsea multiphase flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter contract shall be delivered successfully. The Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter shall be applied in subsea gas field development project, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter application water depth shall be deeper than 650m. The Bidder shall submit valid track records and relevant documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include 1)Relevant chapters copies of contract, and 2)Delivery acceptance materials signed or stamped by the buyer (delivery acceptance form, on-site debugging report, or other valid documentary evidence that can prove the goods under the contract have been delivered accepted). The documentary evidence shall contain but not limited to: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts shall have seals from both parties, and international trade contracts shall have signatures or seals from both parties), Manufacturer"s name, goods name, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter shall be applied in subsea gas field development project, the Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter or Subsea Wet Gas flowmeter application water depth shall be deeper than 650m, and Delivery acceptance materials signed or stamped by the buyer. If the contract is an annual agreement, not only the annual agreement shall be provided, corresponding orders, which has been delivery successfully shall also be provided. And the order content or number shall be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding delivery acceptance materials under the same annual agreement is considered ONE valid trace record. Absence of the reference evidence documents or failure to verify the foregoing information shall be deemed as an invalid track records. 是否接受联合体投标: 不允许
